Terms & Conditions
Welcome to AI WP Coder. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
AI WP Coder is a SaaS platform that generates custom WordPress plugins and themes using artificial intelligence. Our service allows you to describe your requirements through a guided wizard, after which our AI generates the code for your requested product.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by AI WP Coder. Prices are displayed at checkout and are charged in GBP via Stripe. Payment must be completed before work begins on your order. VAT will be applied where applicable.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our AI will begin generating your plugin or theme. Delivery timescales vary depending on the complexity of the request.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You may only use AI WP Coder to commission plugins, themes, modifications, and code that comply with all applicable laws, with the WordPress.org plugin and theme directory guidelines, and with the terms of service of any third-party platform the deliverable is intended to interact with. You are solely responsible for ensuring that what you ask us to build is lawful in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction where the resulting code will be deployed.
We operate an automated content moderation system that scans every order before payment is taken, and we manually review any order that is flagged. We will reject and refuse to build any request that we believe falls into, or is intended to facilitate, any of the following categories. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion without giving a reason:
- Malware, viruses, and malicious code: trojans, backdoors, rootkits, keyloggers, ransomware, cryptominers, botnets, remote access tools, command and control infrastructure, droppers, worms, or any other code designed to compromise, damage, or take unauthorised control of a system.
- Unauthorised data collection or theft: tools or features designed to steal credentials, passwords, cookies, sessions, or personal data, harvest email addresses, exfiltrate user data, capture keystrokes, hijack sessions, spy on users, or collect data without proper consent.
- Software licensing or DRM circumvention: nulling, cracking, patching, bypassing, removing, or disabling licence checks, activation systems, registration systems, copy protection, or digital rights management on any software, plugin, theme, or service. We will not build keygens, serial generators, or any tool whose purpose is to enable use of software in a way the rights holder has not authorised.
- Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging: spambots, email bombers, mass-comment tools, automatic trackback or pingback spam, bulk unsolicited email senders, or any tool designed to send messages without the recipient’s consent.
- Security vulnerability exploitation: SQL injection, XSS, RCE, LFI, RFI, directory traversal, brute force, password cracking, denial of service, buffer overflow, command injection, zero-day exploits, or any other tool, payload, or proof-of-concept whose purpose is to attack a website, server, or service that you do not own and have explicit written permission to test.
- Phishing and deception: fake login pages, cloned websites, spoofed payment pages, lookalike admin panels, social engineering tools, deceptive redirects, or any code designed to impersonate a legitimate service in order to deceive users.
- Illegal activity: any code intended to support illegal gambling, unlicensed casinos, drug sales, weapons sales, counterfeit goods, money laundering, fraud, identity theft, dark web or darknet marketplaces, child exploitation material, or any other activity that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where it would operate.
- Black-hat SEO: hidden links, invisible text, content cloaking, doorway page generators, link injection, link farms, private blog networks, sneaky redirects, parasite SEO, search engine spam, or any technique that violates the published guidelines of major search engines.
If any prohibited content is identified before payment, your order will be rejected and you will not be charged. If prohibited content is identified after payment, we will cancel your order, refuse to deliver any code, and refund the payment less any reasonable processing fees we have already incurred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who repeatedly submits prohibited requests.
You also agree that you will not use any code we deliver, in whole or in part, for any of the purposes listed above, and that you will not redistribute, resell, or repackage delivered code in any way that would enable a third party to do so. Any breach of this clause is a material breach of these terms and entitles us to terminate your account immediately and to pursue any legal remedies available to us.
4. Change Requests
Each order includes up to 3 free change requests, which must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Change requests should be reasonable modifications to the original specification. After the free allowance is used, additional change requests may be purchased at the rate displayed on your order page.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, modify, and distribute the generated code for your own projects. AI WP Coder retains the right to use similar code patterns and techniques in other projects, as the AI may produce comparable solutions for similar requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or text you provide as part of your order does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. WordPress.org Directory Publishing
If you choose to submit the generated plugin or theme to the WordPress.org directory, you acknowledge that it must comply with WordPress.org guidelines. AI WP Coder does not guarantee acceptance into the WordPress.org directory. By requesting directory-ready code, you consent to the code being distributed under the GPL v2 or later licence as required by WordPress.
7. Disclaimers and No Liability
All plugins, themes, code, and other deliverables produced through AI WP Coder are supplied strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant or guarantee that any delivered code will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities, that it will function in every WordPress environment, that it will be compatible with any specific plugin, theme, host, server configuration, WordPress version, PHP version, or third-party service, or that it will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
AI WP Coder, Voittaa Ltd, and their directors, employees, contractors, and agents accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any delivered code, including but not limited to:
- Delays in delivery for any reason, including technical issues, server outages, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or internal capacity constraints
- Failure to deliver a plugin, theme, modification, or change request within any stated or estimated timescale
- Software that does not function as intended, contains bugs, causes errors, crashes, data loss, data corruption, or conflicts with other software

- Loss of revenue, profit, business, goodwill, reputation, data, anticipated savings, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Issues arising from rejection, removal, or non-approval by the WordPress.org plugin or theme directory
- Incompatibility with any future version of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, or any plugin, theme, or third-party service
- Any downtime, interruption, or malfunction of your website or business caused by or coinciding with the installation or use of delivered code
- Any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party in reliance on delivered code
You acknowledge that you are responsible for testing all delivered code in a staging environment before deploying it to a production site, for maintaining appropriate backups of your site and data at all times, and for ensuring that any deployed code meets your own operational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include additional revisions or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
9. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any licences already granted for fully paid orders.
