AI WP Coder affiliate programme terms

These terms govern participation in the AI WP Coder affiliate programme operated by Voittaa Limited ("we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the programme you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. Employees and contractors of Voittaa Limited and their immediate family members may not participate as affiliates.

2. Tracking and attribution

Referrals are tracked by Goaffpro, a third-party affiliate platform. When a visitor clicks your referral link, a first-party cookie is set in their browser for 30 days. If the visitor places and completes a paid order within that window, the order is attributed to you.

Attribution is last-click: if a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links before ordering, the most recent click within the 30-day window wins. Orders placed without a tracked referral are not attributable retroactively.

3. Commission

We pay 10% of the ex-VAT order total on every completed order attributed to you. VAT, Stripe processing fees, and any discount-code reductions are excluded from the commission base. Commission is earned when an order moves to completed status, not when it is first placed.

4. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals

If a customer receives a refund (in full or in part), the commission on the refunded portion is reversed. If a customer initiates a chargeback and it is upheld, the full commission on that order is reversed. Reversals apply even if the commission has already been confirmed, up to the point of payout.

Commission that has already been paid out may be deducted from your next payout. If your balance is insufficient we reserve the right to invoice you for the shortfall.

5. Payouts

Payouts are handled by Goaffpro on a monthly cycle. The minimum payout threshold is GBP 25; balances below this roll over to the following month. We pay via the methods supported by Goaffpro (currently PayPal and bank transfer).

You are responsible for any taxes owed on your commission earnings in your country of residence. We do not withhold tax on your behalf.

6. Prohibited promotion methods

You may not:

  • Run paid search advertising on our brand terms (including "AI WP Coder", "AIWPCoder", "ai wp coder", or misspellings thereof).
  • Register domains that impersonate our brand.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or social media messages promoting your referral link.
  • Use cookie-stuffing, link-cloaking, or any other method that drops attribution without a genuine click.
  • Self-refer, or arrange referrals that materially benefit you as the customer.
  • Make misleading claims about AI WP Coder, our pricing, our delivery timeframes, or the capabilities of the work we produce.
  • Promote the programme in a way that is illegal, discriminatory, or contrary to our brand values.

7. Our rights

We reserve the right to review all referred orders for fraud indicators. We may reject individual referrals, withhold commission, or terminate your participation in the programme if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms. Where possible we will contact you first and give you a chance to respond.

8. Changes to the programme

We may change the commission rate, cookie duration, payout threshold, or any other aspect of the programme at any time. We will publish changes on this page and they take effect on the date of publication. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate your participation at any time for any reason with written notice. On termination, any unpaid commission that has already cleared the refund window will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle, subject to the minimum threshold.
